Williams & Edsall Land Surveyors, P.C. provides professional land surveying services to clients in southern New York State. Their office is located in Owego, New York which is the Tioga County seat.

Professional Land Surveyors

George R. Williams, L.S. and Scott E. Edsall, L.S. are the principals of Williams & Edsall Land Surveyors, P.C.

George is a licensed land surveyor in New York since 1985.  He received his degree in 1975 from Tompkins Cortland Community College. From 1975 to 1985 George worked for various surveying and engineering firms in New York State. He opened his own surveying business in 1985.

Scott is a licensed land surveyor in New York State since 1988.  Scott is a 1979 graduate from Paul Smith’s College with a Surveying / Forestry degree.  He worked for an oil and gas firm out of Houston, Texas for 4 ½ years in the seismology surveying field.  He then worked for a private surveyor in Schuyler County, New York for five years.

In 1989 George and Scott combined efforts and began the partnership of Williams & Edsall Land Surveyors working out of George’s residence in Candor, New York.  In 2000 George and Scott moved their office to the present location in Owego, New York and re-organized as Williams & Edsall Land Surveyors, P.C.

Staff

Jen Bellis is the Crew Chief for the firm.  Jen holds an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has ten years experience with Williams & Edsall Land Surveyors, P.C.

Toby Shelp is a Field Technician for the firm.  Toby has 3 years experience with Williams & Edsall Land Surveyor, P.C.
